ALL HORSES ARE TO BE CHECKED IN

DURING THE FOLLOWING TIMES

YOU MUST BRING CURRENT ORIGINAL COGGINS

WITH YOU AT CHECK-IN:

CHECK-IN SCHEDULE

Thursday, May 20 from 5:00-8:30 pm

Friday, May 21 from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Friday, May 21 from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Saturday, May 22 from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

Sunday, May 23 from 8:15 to 8:45 a.m. (Futurity Horses)

NOTE:  Contestants who do not check-in during one of the specified times will be fined $25.00.  All horses including peewee's must be checked in prior to competing.  Please also make sure your horses are free of mud and dirt in the area where we place numbers on their hips

before you arrive at check-in.

THERE WILL BE NO DOGS, BICYCLES OR

SCOOTERS, POWERED OR NOT,  ALLOWED IN THE DOMER ARENA BUILDING. 

NO SCOOTERS OR BICYCLES ARE ALLOWED IN THE

WARMUP ARENA OR STALL BARN.

ALL DOGS MUST BE ON A LEASH!

winnings will be paid to the District to go towards district awards. 

Entry fees paid by each district or can be donated by the members.

The winning district will be determined by total money won.
