Text Box: We would like to extend you an invitation to become a Sponsor of the Kansas NBHA State Championships to be held April 29 through May 1, 2005, at the Kansas Expo Center, Topeka, Kansas.  Events planned for the 3-day event include:   Qualifiers from 11 Districts throughout Kansas competing for over $50,000 in prize money and awards              3rd Annual District Match Barrel Race          Futurity competitions open to all NBHA members          Sponsorship Barrel Race          Sponsor’s BBQ and entertainment on Saturday evening          Western Trade Show during the Event   The NBHA, with nearly 21,000 members nationwide, has been the fastest growing equine association in the world.  Its 3D and 4D formats are what have made the NBHA the premier Barrel Racing Organization in the world.  The NBHA has members in Canada and foreign countries as well.   Barrel Racing events are no longer an invisible industry and can be very important to the economy of the local community and businesses associated with barrel racing organizations.    Kansas currently has over 800 members and continues to grow at a fast pace.  Kansas is currently the 5th biggest membership in the United States, only behind Texas, Florida, Mississippi & Oklahoma.  Retailers who sponsor equine events on the local and state level see this form of advertising as a great way to market their products and generate revenue from a solid targeted market.   The NBHA State Championships will be aggressively promoted across the State of Kansas and Barrel Horse News, a monthly publication produced by The Cowboy Publishing Group.  We will provide press updates to all of the major equine publications in Kansas.
